The
option of a special oil for the diary consumption is of an extreme
importance as the fat components will integrate the organism’s
cells and will have a direct influence on its good functions.
Our
appreciated Mediterranean diet, characterised by the use of vegetables,
legumes, cereals, fish and olive oil has been the object of numerous
studies since the 80’s.
They permit to state that the best oil for the health is the extra
virgin olive oil. Its special composition distinguishes it from
other vegetal oils and make that its consumption prevents some
actual diseases.
It possesses a high percentage of oleic acid which makes it more
resistant to the high temperatures of cooking and enough quantity
